Exports
To provide users with the facility to analyse and used for specific purposes, exports are provided on a number of pages. The information included in the export can be more than that shown on the page, enabling sorting and filtering on a wide range of values to provide lists for use with other applications such as emailing etc.
Data is exported as .csv files that can be opened with excel and other spreadsheet applications.
Filtering Data
- Once the export is complete open the file with excel or suitable other spreadsheet application.
- Click on the column you want to use to filter the data.
- On the Spreadsheet Data Menu select Filter and Auto filter. A drop down arrow will be added to the column header.
- Click on the drop down arrow to display the values that are included in the column records together with various standard values such as All, Blanks, NonBlanks and Custom.
- Select the required filter value to display the filtered list.
- Close the spreadsheet to save the filtered list as a spreadsheet. By default it will be saved in your Downloads folder.
Repeat the process as necessary to create a range of custom filtered lists.
