Tacho Invoicing

The Edit icon is the Pencil on the right hand of the record.

Tacho Invoicing 

Flight Types (Hire, Training, Other or ALL) can be invoiced using Tacho/Hobbs readings instead of either Brakes or Airborne times. 

Setting up the Tacho Invoicing function

Set up of the Invoicing function must set up as detailed in the Invoicing document. 

Once this is completed:

Company Details

• Select the Admin module

• Select Company Details.
• Select the Settings page.
• Select which Flight Type(s) you want to invoice using Tacho from the Use Tacho for Invoicing list.
• Click Save. 

Notes

A Flight Log record is required. 

When the Post Flight Tech Log is opened for a flight to be invoiced using Tacho, Tacho Start and Tacho Stop fields will be displayed. 

Select the flight record, enter the appropriate Tacho readings and complete the Tech Log. Tacho entries are required.

When the flight invoice is raised, flights based on Tacho readings are identified as part of the Description. Note that flight times will also be displayed.

Invoice charges are based on the Rate/Hour set up for the aircraft/member for each Flight Type.

On View Flight Logs, the Tacho Duration is shown for flights with Tacho entries.

On Flight Logs Billing, Charge Using shows Tacho.
